The bureau offers a holistic approach to advice giving so people who access the housing advice service will also be able to address interlinked problems such as debt, relationship breakdown, welfare benefits entitlements and employment issues. The bureau also employs Housing Specialist Caseworkers who are able to assist with more complex cases.
